We will provide the syllabus and course descriptions from the host college or university that you may need for course pre-approval.

Schedule an appointment with your study abroad office or academic advisor to review your course options. Make your appointment early, as advisor schedules tend to fill quickly as deadlines approach. 

Obtain a signed pre-approval form from your home college or university. We strongly recommend securing pre-approval for the courses you plan to take to ensure a smooth academic process.

2. During the Program. Your home or host College or University will require a minimum standard of academic performance in order to grant transfer credit, so it is important that you attend class and perform according to their standards and expectations. 

Your grade will be determined by the professor's criteria from your study abroad advisor, in relation to our Program assignments, tests, and examination process and results.

3. After the Program:

1. Make sure you have the name and contact information of the person at your host college or university who oversaw your academic study abroad experience. This will be important for any future inquiries or verification of your coursework.
    
2. Collect all course materials before leaving, including:
    
   • Syllabi
      
   • Completed assignments and essays
      
   • Examinations or tests
      
   • Any other work related to your courses
      
   • Keeping these materials ensures you have documentation of your academic work in case it is needed later.
