 In 1870, the present owner's great-grandfather established Finca Filadelfia, one of Guatemala’s earliest coffee farms. 

Today, it remains one of Antigua’s principal coffee fincas, celebrated for its rich heritage and high-quality beans. The original plantation home has been thoughtfully transformed into a first-class hotel and restaurant, blending historic charm with modern comfort. 

  Las Fuentes Georginas hot springs were named after the wife of former Guatemalan President Jorge Ubico.
